Technical Account Manager with English

          Experience        :  (2-4 years)

          Location        :  Warsaw, Poland

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will provide world-class post-sales technical support to designated major named accounts. The TAM will work on problem and incident tickets, as well as provide technical account management through weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings. The TAM will also work directly with the Support Escalations team, or Operations and Engineering on opening bugs and requests with all required diagnostic information.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support a limited number of major or named accounts as part of a premium service level
  • Engage with named account on problem and incident tickets
  • Support named accounts on escalated support issues or critical customer situations
  • Chair weekly, monthly, and quarterly calls
  • Travel to annual and certain meetings at customers site
  • Provide expert systems design, recommendations, and configurations
  • Perform in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting using networking tools
  • Assist customers with testing or troubleshooting of networking or cloud service issues
  • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and document steps to replicate for Support, Engineering and Operations teams
  • Maintain ticket database, logging issues and customer interactions
  • Become a client`s cloud services expert through self-study, company training, and a desire to excel and become an expert
  • Limited travel for company training or meetings, and certain customer visits

Requirements:

  • Very Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to chair and comfortable leading customer discussions and meetings
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent advanced industry certifications;  Minimum 2 years’ experience working as Support Engineer/ Sr. Support Engineer supporting networking or web security products
  • Working knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise network infrastructure
  • Experience with operating systems such as Linux, Unix and Free BSD, based OS
  • ITIL Certificate/Prince2 Certificate would be an asset

Network Engineer – L1 Engineer

          Experience        :  (1 year)

          Location        :  Warsaw, Poland

This position is focused on resolving technical problems over the phone/web/email to both external customers as well as client internal Field/Sales team, while utilizing a standard troubleshooting philosophy and process. You would initiate, track and proactively assign ticket numbers from email, web and direct call-in sources. In addition you will assist in the cataloging of problems into a diagnostic engine/knowledge base system for future reference and automation, as well as replication of customer network issues in a lab to achieve problem resolution.

Job responsibilities:

  • Remote operation and diagnosis of high-end network equipment
  • Analysis of live traffic patterns for major ISPs worldwide
  • Ensuring continuous operation of servers and services
  • Providing quality support for a range of devices deployed in ISP Core IP networks
  • Troubleshooting all network and system-related problems
  • Opening tickets to track and document the resolution of problems
  • Cooperation with ISPs’ NOC and administrators around the globe;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience on similar position or BS, CS or University degree
  • Very good troubleshooting and investigative skills
  • Up-to-date experience with Linux/UNIX Operating Systems
  • Good knowledge of the Bash shell commands
  • Familiarity with enterprise-grade hardware and software solutions (rack and blade servers, RAID Controllers, High Availability clusters, etc.) will be an asset
  • Strong IP networking knowledge and skill set (Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent experience will be welcome)
  • IT-related education. A degree will be an asset

Network Engineer with English, French or German

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience required
  • Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP / IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, FTP, TFTP)
  • Switching and routing concepts
  • Basic Knowledge on Firewalls and End Point Security Systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, Fiddler
